ALL WEATHER DOORS: Varying weather conditions can be brutal. To keep-up with vagaries of the weather, Dura doorsets have a comprehensive 6-side protection and provides high impact resistance. The Highly stable core shields the doorsets against temperature and weather variations to prevent bending, bowing, and moisture ingress.

TERMITE & BORER RESISTANT: The doorsets are as durable as they are aesthetically appealing. The engineered tubular core doors and HMR Grade LVL core frames make the Dura doorsets way less susceptible to termite attack resulting into a longer life.

Door Leaf

The door leaf is made of a high-performance tubular core with LVL stile & rail, a matching edge banding on all four sides, and a complete laminated finish. This results in a comprehensive 6-side protection shielding the door against hostile weather conditions. The door is pretested for durability with respect to static torsion and soft & heavy body impact. It is available in thicknesses of 38mm and 44mm.

Door Frame

The door frame is made up of Engineered LVL Frame. It carries a matching laminate surface and edge banding in PVC similar to door leaf, thus giving a coordinated look to your vision. Available in thickness of 45mm including the door stopper. Width is customizable from 100mm and above.

Architrave

The architrave is used to further enhance the look of the doorset which covers the gap between the wall and the frame. It is also made up of a laminated & edge banded HMR Grade LVL core and is of the size 50mm x 12mm. The thickness can be customized as per your design needs.

Acoustic Strip

Dura doorsets feature a unique acoustic strip - a strip between the door and the frame which protects the door from damage during shutting and cushions it to reduce wear and tear of the door. This acoustic strip also adds to the sound dampening properties of the door.

Mikasa Fire Doorsets

Basically wherever a fire might start, it is advisable to use a fire doorset.

For private premises, it is advised to install fire door sets where the risk is most
imminent, for example, the kitchen, or rooms that house lots of electrical devices.
If your property is newly built, it should be subjected to regulations ensuring certain doors are fire doorsets.

For commercial or non-domestic properties, liability lies with whoever is deemed the ‘responsible person’ for that property or the employer. For example, the owner of the property, or the person in control of the property for trade reasons would be responsible.
